this item was delivered quickly.arrived today 20th march instead of 23rd to 27th march.
pleased with item. only thing i was not sure of was item had been returned by previous customer
and note left in box i had bought it i thought as new.
item itself does what it says it does and not as powerful as vfit but good value for money.

 

Do not waste your money.
I read a mix of reviews but as I've booked my 2012 holiday, which is coming up very shortly, I opted for price over quality, so I could afford it and get a head start. Big mistake.

Instructions are pants to understand, don't even waste your time. Took me (22y/o female) 15 minutes to figure it out for myself without them.

Once it was setup and plugged in, I nearly laughed. It didn't vibrate & rock side to side as quality vibro plates would it just buzzed angrily. More of an ankle tickler than a vibration plate! The motion barely came as far as my shins, and plates ive used in the past have my whole body shaking vigorously.

I know "you get what you pay for" but some reviews stated it was 'great' so I wanted to trial it for myself. They were obviously first timers.

If you want fuzzy ankles and pins and needles, this machine is right for you.
If not, fork out a bit extra and get something with a bit more buzz!

I got this power plate three weeks a go and was very apprehensive because of the price but my budget would only allow for this price so i thought id risk it, i suffer from chronic back ache and have been unable to exercise and id read how good they were,my husband put it together for me with no problems and having used one at the gym before i was well impressed on the power this plate has its simple to use and feels like im getting a good workout my body feels more toned and my posture has improved, the people who gave bad reviews must of been really unlucky or set thier standards too high you get what you pay for and more with this power plate why pay for an expensive model when this does just the same job

Confidence power plate is my first vibration plate and I find it good value for yhe money.I ordered one for my friend and
unfortunately it did not work when it arrived.I tried to arrange a reurn and replacement by phone but the people were very
unhelpful.I have emailed for a replacement so we will see what happens.Power plate is worth the money but the company selling
them could do with a lesson in customer skills

 

The First one arrived the next day Brilliant! On opening up and putting together the item was broken. It was picken up a week later after contacting the supplier. The next one was delivered and everything is up and running. I have lost 1" all over my body after just one week. So with dieting and the power twist I hope to back in my size 12 clothes by summer. Worth the money.

Delivery was excellent. The vibration training plate was a little difficult to assemble as some of the bolt holes were not aligned correctly. However, a couple of knocks and all was well. After only a week I noted that my overall muscle definition was much improved. The on/off switch can be unreliable at times, but I would still say that for the price paid it is an impressive machine and very beneficial. The different speeds work well providing a good work-out.

 

Easy to put together, easy to use, very good quality product - delivery was a nightmare. First delivery was sent to wrong address and lost, second delivery was wrong product, got it right 3rd time. Never had any calls back from delivery company or seller I had to do all the chasing. Won't order from a company that uses HNDL delivery in the future.
