This is my 3rd and 4th Milwaukee tool. I am just as satisfied with these battery drills as I am my corded drill and hammer drill.
These units have the most torque out of all the other 18v battery drills. I have used 5 other brands of battery drills, 3 being lithium Ion powered.
The BIGGEST reason I purchased these units over 18v Makita or 20v DeWalt drills was due to warranty! Milwaukee's warranty is 2 years longer than their competitors on the drills themselves and 1year longer on their batteries. Batteries take maybe 20mins to get a full charge and the charger itself will not interfere with other items plugged into the same circuit. My Ryobi charger will distort a TV if on the same circuit and will dim lamps. Weird.
Case is extremely sturdy and I have already left it outside in the weather. While the drills were not in it, the case did not let any water into it.
The only issue I have with these drills are that they will not stand without the battery in them. All my other drills did/do, so I was caught a tad off guard when I set one down for the first time with no battery. Not a big deal to deduct a star.
Overall great product! And at the time I purchased, Amazon had this pair for $240 cheaper than Home Depot, which is where I demoed the units before purchase.
