Compared,shopped,and read dozens of reviews comparing ALL-IN ONE computers. I settled on the Samsung Series Seven, I never owned any of there products so I took a chance based strictly on the reviews from any source I could get my hands on. Price was comparable on just about every web site except Tiger Direct has it $49 cheaper they charge tax and shipping. I am a AMAZON PRIME member and it entitles me to free shipping. It still came out $16 cheaper at Tiger Direct, I never bought any thing from them. I went with AMAZON because I've purchased many things in the past, easy return policy, and is a trusted Merchant. Now the computer... Beatiful Screen, very wide, stainless steel and black glass, movies look awesome, Fast start-up, wireless keyboard and mouse, set-up was a snap, I-5 core, doesn't come with much soft ware (but none do today) the Nortons is a pain always asking "are you sure you want to do this or that" and the sound could be better but thats the price you pay for the thin sleek look absolutely LOVE IT

The most impresive computer I have ever touched I was concerned that the graphics would be lame with the co processor but they are good and I have no complaints I had wanted a bluray player as well and this has none, I have figured out that you don't need one with a machine that can stream hd at the speed of light. Heat is not an issue this machine stays cool. the mouse is fluid and responsive. The touch screen works well but it does flex a little on it's stand. Boot up is very fast my favorite feature is the HDMI in port and the ability to choose video source input without exiting a program. It is obvious that xbox is going to take over the world for entertainment and this computer was designed to cradel your game console like a mother and child. This computer will quickly become the center of your electronic world where you can just get lost in its awesomeness.
 
Bought this from the warehouse as a like-new product. Like new tells me that it is very much the same as any new product except that it has been opened and possibly used briefly. What I received was a computer completely devoid of any software except for the basics (internet explorer and Windows 7). Other issues:

- No documentation was included in the box - not even an invoice.
- No directions on where to go to get the needed software.
- The touch screen functionality was non-existent. Had to research and download touchscreen driver before I could get it to work.
- No keyboard/mouse usb receiver was in the box. Had to spend an hour on Samsung chat to get them to send me one.

After about eight hours of time, I finally have the computer working the way it should have been working when I received it. I will not purchase items from Amazon warehouse again.

So how well does the computer work?....Great! It boots up fast and performs as expected. Samsung has some interesting and effective tools to manage software and hardware (ie. Easy Software Manager, Easy Support Center). The screen is beautiful and the overall design is very functional. Wish it had come with a blue ray though.
